We are absorbed by everything around us and dependent on incoming information, telephones, meetings, and each other. The exchange of experience, information, and knowledge enables us to become a kind of multi-person, a person who encompasses all of humanity.
M2 presents three authors and their different perspectives on modernity and the human role within it. They are not opposed to one another, but rather represent different coordinates within the same common field of our lives.
Anton Bundenko perceives man as a part of the technological space; he is its product, and not its main figure.
Ivan reflects on the role of the individual in the multi-layered, multi-level space of the modern city, and whether this role can lead to the loss of one’s own identity or individuality. Anastasia understands the world through the perceptions and meanings of our mental system, and in her work, she attempts to move away from the projection of consciousness and psychological realities, toward experiences in themselves—to pure acts.
